• Charles McMurray Co. is always finding ways to better serve you. We upgraded our warehouse systems on January 9th to increase inventory accuracy and shipping speed. No disruptions have occurred, and customers should notice very little change. 

• The only visible change for customers will be our simplified packing lists. Additionally, invoices for orders paid via credit card will no longer be included with your package. Please contact our accounting team at accounts@mcmurray.com if you'd like to set up paperless invoicing.

  Faster shipping speed and accuracy means that the window to combine same-day orders (SWOG) is shortened. If you regularly SWOG orders, consider building your orders on our website until ready to submit complete.
